The King’s Nap

£80.00£480.00 VAT included

Wildlife photography has to be real. This means without the guidance of armed game rangers in a private game reserve. But one has to be careful and patient. The French wildlife photographer Laurent Baheux is a master in it and he inspired me not to be afraid. Watch animals first from a distance and get to know them. And know, in this case, that panthera species (family of the domestic cat) are afraid for water. This lion was at the other side of a wide and deep stream. That made it easy for me to approach it and shoot a portrait while having a nap with one eye open; watching me.
